Borussia Dortmund secured their place in the UEFA Champions League next season as they defeated Union Berlin 2-1 at home on Sunday.
The victory was all the more impressive given that Borussia Dortmund were playing without their star forward, Erling Haaland, who is currently recovering from a knee injury.
However, they still managed to secure three points thanks to goals from Jadon Sancho and Marco Reus.
Sancho's goal in the 44th minute was enough to give Borussia Dortmund the lead, while Reus scored in the 87th minute to seal the win.
The victory was also significant for Borussia Dortmund as it meant that they finished top of Group D, securing their place in the Champions League.
It was a great result for Borussia Dortmund, who will now look to continue their good form into the new season.
